How do I log into my account using the android app for MT5?

To login into your ProperFX trading account, select ‘Login to an account’. Search for ProperFX to find the correct server for your account. Once you have selected the correct server, type in your login & password and then tap ‘Sign in’: Upon successful login, you will see the ‘Quotes’ screen.

How do I log in to my account using the iPhone app for MT5?

To login into your ProperFX trading account in the MT5 iPhone app, tap on the ‘Settings’ tab, then ‘Trade Accounts’, then ‘Login to an existing account’. Next, type “ProperFX" into the ‘Search’ field, select the relevant server, enter your login and password and tap ‘Sign In’. You will be logged in and redirected to the ‘Quotes’ tab if you have entered your details correctly.

How can I change my MT5 Password?

Reset password from your MT5 platform: Go to your MT5 platform on computer > Click on "Tools" (top bar) > "Options" > "Server" tab > "Change" button > Choose to change the Master Password.
